A Frenchman, Herve, envisioned to grow his own roots on one of the most enchanting places in the Mediterranean, Crete. He aspired to cultivate a genuine relation with the world’s most blessed tree, the ancient symbol of peace, victory and immortality, the olive tree. Beside him there is a Greek; an Athenian, George who has faith in Herve’s vision and its global uniqueness. George was able to utilize his technical know-how of the business environment in order to meet all potential challenges prompted by the implementation of this idea.
Both of them wanted to find the most qualified partners to bring their vision to life. That’s how they met two Cretans, Manolis and Yiannis. The producer and the olive mill owner, with their deep experience in olive tree harvest and extraction, combined with their superior knowledge of the land’s profound secrets, provided essential guidance for the production of an extra virgin olive oil which exceeds the world’s standards of quality.
